Location:     Khomas region x33; Omaheke region x1; Kharas region x1; Hardap region x1; Oshana region x1; Oshikoto region  x1; Omusati region x1; Ohangwena x1; Kavango East region x1; Kavango West region x1; Zambezi region x1; Erongo region x1; Otjozondjupa region x1 and Kunene region x1

Purpose of the Position:

To ensure that all home loans applications are processed as per the relevant policies and procedures and provide client services to members.

Key Performance Area

• Receive applications and assess them as per checklist and ensure that all supporting documents are included.
• Ensure that the signatures of the authorized signatories are correct, which are the employer, the Fund, and the scheme administrator.
• Ensure the client meets the requirements to obtain a pension backed home loan.
• Submit applications for approval to the Manager: home loans.
• Assist clients with queries.
• Liaise with stakeholders and advice on processes and requirements.
• Maintain client confidentiality and act in accordance with the company policies and services targets.
• Ensure that clients and stakeholders are informed of the loan progress.
• Provide complete and accurate information about the home loan scheme.
• Prepare and distribute benefit statements as requested by members.
• Ensure volume counts are done daily.

Job-related Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration/accounting/finance/ financial management NQF Level 7

Financial accounting, calculations, administration, computer skills, accurate accountability, attention to detail, reliable and team player
